We offer this straightforward policy to all our loyal clients who put their trust in us!

When you purchase a piano from Hulbert Piano, you’ll enjoy the freedom and flexibility to trade it in and receive a store credit to be applied to any new piano, either in-stock or order-out of equal or greater value. The amount of your trade-in value and the length of your policy are determined by the type of piano you purchase:

Acoustic Pianos: Lifetime 80% Trade-Up Policy
At any point, trade in your piano to receive a store credit in the amount of 80% of your original purchase, excluding delivery, sales tax, or added accessories.

Acoustic Pianos w/ electronic feature: 5YR 75% Trade-Up Policy

At any point during the first five years, trade in your piano (Silent, Disklavier, or Hybrid) to receive a store credit in the amount of 75% of your original purchase, excluding delivery, sales tax, or added accessories.

Protect your investment!

Have your piano regularly serviced, at least once a year by our staff so it performs at its best.

Normal wear & tear happens, but don’t damage the cabinet or keys, and avoid any liquid spills on or inside the piano. Hulbert Piano reserves the right to inspect the piano for damage before the trade-up value is determined.

Forget MSRP!

Your Trade-Up credit is not subtracted from Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as other stores do. We use our everyday prices that are clearly marked on each piano. That gives you the highest value possible for your Trade-Up!
